Chevron, Israel – Oct. 31, 2023 – Native Baltimorean Meir Raskas is traveling today with a group of 35 Rabanim from North America – including Baltimore’s Rabbi Shmuel Silber – and after hearing a really sad update from their families about 2 kidnapped boys, as they were leaving to the bus they came across this surprise Sheva Brachot on an army base in Chevron. Their group jumped right in and their hearts melted and overflowed with simcha. All of their pain just flipped into adding joy to the Chatan V’Kallah. The love and dancing is insane!!!We are ONE NATION WITH ONE BIG HEART!!!
We just heard from these 2 men whose sons have been kidnapped. The man on the left is the Mayor of Kiryat Arba.
The strength & faith of these men is beyond!
After they spoke they asked us to say the blessing that G-D should return the captives.
